Pizza Pete’s | Our Story

A Tribute to Pete's Dream

Pizza Pete's was founded to honor the memory of Peter Einwiller—a Vietnam veteran, Grateful Dead fan, and beloved Cudahy resident whose dream was to own a neighborhood pizza shop. After Pete passed away in 2000, his children brought that dream to life by opening Pizza Pete's, creating a place where great food, family, and community come together.

The Pizza We're Proud Of

Every pizza at Pizza Pete's starts with hand-tossed dough, homemade sauce, and fresh, quality ingredients made in-house. From crispy thin crust to rich Chicago-style deep dish and stuffed favorites, every order is crafted with care. Our famous deep dish takes a little longer — buttery, flaky crust layered with cheese, toppings, and sauce, baked fresh to order. The wait is worth every bite.
